When payment is made, it must be ascertained whether the penalty has been imposed by the national police or the municipal police!
For the National Police there are several accounts. Accordingly, for the payment of different penalties, payments must be made on different accounts. In making the payment, we invite you to use the Latvian national portal www.latvija.lv, choosing E-service “Inspection and payment of administrative punishments” (a decision to view and pay after its entry into force!), but if the violation is fixed by technical means without stopping the vehicle, payment shall be made on the site fotoradari.gov.lv, using CSDD E-services https://e.csdd.lv/.
If you have, however, chosen to make a payment by entering data manually, it must be remembered that:

it is mandatory to indicate in the payment target: decision No., but if the violation is fixed by technical means without stopping the vehicle, - also vehicle registration No.;

each fine shall be paid separately;

the costs of collecting the fine shall be borne by the person who pays the fine.
